THE WILLOWS DOMICILIARY CARE LTD

Home Care Solutions

The Willows was created to offer a care service that puts its clients at the heart of everything it does.

We work in partnership with our clients and their families to enable them to remain independent in their own home and enabling and empowering clients to achieve personal goals however big or small.

We believe passionately in delivering care with dignity, compassion and friendship during every engagement whether that be in person or over the phone.

We're not a care agency using temporary staff  We employ our own care staff, who are led and supported by our care directors and managers, who provide guidance and training to ensure that the care team can operate confidently and with compassion and empathy.

We support adult clients of all ages with a wide range of conditions, including, but not limited to, dementia, multiple sclerosis, brain injuries, ME, cancer, Alzheimer's, heart disease, COPD, palliative care, mental health disorders and also provide more broad support in terms of personal care; medication prompts or administration, shopping, welfare calls or specialist care we have the skillset to fully support the individual's requirements.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and in a recent inspection (August 2021) have been rated 'good', both overall and in the 5 individual key areas: caring; responsive; safe; well-led & responsive.

ABOUT US

Bringing high quality person-centred care to you, or your loved ones at home

The Willows Domiciliary Care Ltd was developed by our CEO and Care Director, Kevin Bevis-Barbier to offer the very best in home care. Our aim is to deliver quality person-centred care to clients with a diverse range of needs throughout Hampshire, Wiltshire & Dorset and to provide tailored support to enable clients to remain independent and in their own homes.

We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of home care, with an experienced registered manager, Sharon Perks who is supported by Rosie Macklin, Quality & Compliance Manager both of whom are regularly out and about visiting our clients, their families and the care team out in the field and undertaking care shifts themselves, so they appreciate and understand each client's individual needs and wishes.

The care team work in partnership with our Operational team, which is led by our Operations Director, Mike Barbier, who has extensive experience of working both in the public sector and more recently in the care industry.

We understand that there may come a time when you, or your loved one, is not able to fully support themselves but believe that its everyone's right to remain in their own home.  That is where we come in. We can provide as little or as much support as you require. We put the client at the heart of all we do so that you and your loved ones receive the best possible support and care, from a team that cares.
